AussieSoft developed a suite of around twenty custom tools to integrate and automate their use of ClubExpress and Square. Mission Arts uses ClubExpress as their platform for their members and friends databases, their public-facing and member-facing websites, and associated functions. And they use Square for their point of sale (POS) and online shop systems. The project included tools to integrate the ClubExpress member and non-member databases with the Square customer database, including data error checking and cleansing. The project also delivered a set of tools to automate and streamline the management of Square including: inventory data entry, error checking and updating; SKU number generation to meet the client's requirements; QR and barcode label generation; inventory reports; and various bulk management tools, e.g. to archive items, manage custom attributes, and generate maintenance reports about items that meet or fail certain criteria, e.g. items without images.
The project involved the use of JSON, SQL, Csharp, Square API and Azure cloud services. Mission Arts is a not-for-profit volunteer-run community association, and was particularly appreciative of the discounted rates and expertise offered by AussieSoft. They would have no hesitation recommending AussieSoft as experienced Square custom developers. Mission Arts prefers to employ locally, so it was great to find someone capable and responsive based right here in North Queensland.
