Perth City Cranes
AussieSoft developed an online booking kiosk (Web App) allowing PerthCityCranes client's to see locations and availablity of mobile Cranes and make bookings online. Admin/management staff then confirm bookngs and allocate workers to each job via the web app.
We also developed a Mobile app allowing workers to see their roster, easily complete timesheets, participate in group chats & get notications from management, and monitor Crane GPS location and Engine performance activity. When a worker completes a timesheet management recieves an email notification and can approve or modify the timesheet.
The system then automatcially does award interpretion (adds penalites and overtimes), and then creates timesheets automatically in Xero - where Xero payrun automatically pays workers. It also automatically creates invoices in Xero - and invoices are sent to clients as the job is complete.
The software fully automates/digitalises Perth City Cranes business processes - improving accuracy, undertaking tasks immeidately, and reducing admin labour work.
