This program is for those who work in a business environment where the are many files created by a large number of staff.
Windows Search (Find) will find files by their name and a word or phrase in a file, but you normally have to open the file to find out who originated the file and other summary data.
SearchLight will search your hard disk according to a range of criteria you supply and will list the found files and their summary data (if that exists).
